#12 Rowley Place is a newly built apartment designed specifically for short-term holiday rentals, home for a digital nomad, or someone on a short-term work contract .

The interior is light & fresh while still feeling cosy on those colder Central Otago days. Well appointed throughout from the Weber BBQ outside, to the Nespresso coffee machine & pantry staples in the full kitchen, through to your own laundry. While the apartment is not serviced we can arrange additional housekeeping to enhance your stay.

There is a fenced outdoor space with a locked gate making it the ideal place to keep your mountain bike or ski gear.
