Located under the stairs, #12 has a laundry particularly useful for those longer stays. The washing machine also contains a dryer function but there is also a clothes rack & washing basket should you wish to dry your clothes outside.

The laundry also includes a washing sink, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner & broom. There is space to store wet ski gear as well.

There is a second toilet also located on the ground floor.
